All bookings made via Class Swap

If you are interested in a class, please send me an email and I can advise you on which class is suitable and has availability. Sign up to classes tend to be on a termly basis and managed by "Class Swap" to allow you flexibility to move between classes but still get your weekly Pilates movement fix.

Class Levels explained:

In all classes we take inspiration from Barre, classical mat exercises and use props for added resistance. No two bodies are the same and there are always modifications to ensure that you can continue to tone and build strength with confidence.

The "beginner" classes are at a slightly slower pace with a little more focus on balance exercises. 

The "beg/improvers" class is designed for those with little Pilates experience but are happy to move between exercises at pace and challenge to build strength.

The "improver" class is designed for those with Pilates experience and are happy to challenge their bodies moving between exercises in flow.
